This position emphasizes technical review, tax planning, and client-facing advisory work rather than high-volume preparation tasks. The role offers close collaboration with firm leadership and a strong opportunity to expand into greater client ownership and long-term career progression.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze real estate and pass-through tax matters, including allocation calculations, basis maintenance, and depreciation treatment.
- Contribute to planning strategies and advisory recommendations for property investors and high-net-worth clients.
- Partner directly with firm leadership to support complex engagements and strengthen overall client service delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by responding to questions, clarifying tax matters, and providing thoughtful guidance.
- Evaluate tax workpapers and supporting documentation to improve accuracy, completeness, and compliance across engagements.
- Assist with more advanced tax matters involving multistate reporting and specialized real estate considerations when needed. Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of tax experience within a public accounting environment.
- Hands-on experience with partnership, S corporation, and individual income tax matters.

- CPA designation or active progress toward certification is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal leadership.
- Demonstrated interest in growth, receptiveness to feedback, and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
