Are you a CPA who enjoys solving complex tax challenges, improving processes, and influencing business decisions? We're looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our Spokane-based corporate tax team and play a key role in both tax compliance and strategic tax planning initiatives. You'll collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Operations while working in an environment that values continuous improvement, professional growth, and practical problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
+ Tax Compliance & Reporting + Prepare, review, and coordinate federal, state, and local tax filings and supporting schedules. + Support consolidated federal corporate income tax returns, state income/franchise tax returns, sales and use tax filings, annual reports, and Secretary of State filings. + Coordinate estimated tax payments, extensions, and compliance-related calculations. + Assist with tax provision activities and ASC 740 reporting requirements. + Support fixed asset tax reporting, depreciation schedules, property tax filings, and unclaimed property reporting. + Research and analyze tax issues to ensure compliance and support business decisions. + Maintain and improve tax documentation, procedures, and internal controls. + Process Improvement & Automation + Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes and reduce manual effort. + Enhance tax workpapers, models, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. + Improve documentation and knowledge-sharing practices to reduce key-person depe To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
