This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an individual with 1-2 years of tax experience who is looking to build a long-term career in public accounting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA candidate preferred 0-2 years of public accounting or tax preparation experience preferred Experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, or nonprofit tax returns is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; experience with UltraTax CS and QuickBooks preferred Primary Responsibilities Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, S-corporation, fiduciary, and nonprofit tax returns Assist with tax planning and tax research projects Support clients with accounting and QuickBooks-related questions Assist with small business consulting and client advisory services Prepare multi-state tax returns Work closely with team members to deliver quality client service Compensation Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
