Base + uncapped commission. About Us Simple Tax Solutions is a growing tax relief firm headquartered in Irvine, CA. We help individuals and business owners resolve IRS and state tax debt through the Fresh Start initiative We provide consistent lead flow, a full case management and resolution team behind you, and a compensation plan built to reward performance. The Role We are seeking an experienced Settlement Officer to join our resolution team. This is a closing position for a proven professional who knows the tax resolution business and can convert consistently. You'll be supported with daily lead flow and a back-end team that handles fulfillment, so your focus stays where it belongs. What You'll Do Handle and close leads from a consistent daily lead flow Present resolution strategies and close clients on the right resolution for their case Meet and maintain closing percentages and monthly quotas What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of tax resolution experience with a heavy volume of resolutions pitched and closed this is a requirement, not a preference Strong working knowledge of IRS collections, resolution programs, and qualification criteria Proven phone closer with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota Experience with Logics or a similar tax resolution CRM preferred Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable being paid on performance What We Offer Uncapped commission with no fine print Consistent daily lead flow New office in Irvine To Apply Submit your resume.
