Job Description

The Adams County Treasurer's Office is seeking several Temporary Treasurer Technicians to assist with the posting and service of delinquent mobile home tax notices under the direction of a supervisor. This temporary assignment will take place from August 17 through August 28 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Post and serve delinquent mobile home tax notices at designated locations throughout Adams County. Accurately document completed postings and related activities. Follow established procedures, policies, and supervisor instructions. Travel to assigned locations using a motor vehicle. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments. Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public. Supervisory Responsibilities None Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Ability to walk significant distances throughout the workday and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Education & Training:
No minimum education requirement.
Experience:
No prior experience required.
Background Check:
Must successfully pass a Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) criminal background check and MVR.
License & Certificate:
Possession of a valid Colorado driver's license.
