Free Important Requirement:
Applicants must not have any outstanding tax liabilities to the State of Georgia. A Georgia Tax Clearance Letter will be required as part of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Review and process various tax documents accurately within the assigned area. Communicate with taxpayers and their representatives in both English and Spanish , providing guidance on tax laws, regulations, and inquiries. Conduct computer-based research and investigations to collect and verify data. Handle sensitive tax information with strict confidentiality. Perform updates and maintenance to account records in compliance with tax regulations. Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service in both English and Spanish . Qualifications High school diploma required. At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center. Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills. Proficient in computer applications and systems. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Must provide a Georgia Tax Clearance Letter confirming no outstanding tax liabilities. Candidates will also be required to pass a fingerprinting background check as part of the hiring process. #HP1
