In this role, you will handle confidential file reviews, ensure compliance with trust documents and agreements, and work directly with legal counsel and operational leadership to resolve complex account issuessalary: $29 - $31 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Audit Administration:
Create and issue audit announcements, provide required documentation to auditors, monitor progress, and review auditor invoices for accuracy.
Compliance & Collections:
Process completed audits, issue delinquency notices, assist employers with account resolutions, and process received payments.
Legal Support & Negotiation:
Collaborate with legal counsel on collection efforts, track attorney-handled accounts, and negotiate repayment terms and agreements.
Account Analysis:
Review monthly progress reports to identify delinquent accounts, make recommendations regarding employer overpayments, and ensure overpayment processing.
Stakeholder Relations:
