In-Office Training + Potential Hybrid Opportunity This position is classified as an in-office role. We believe being together during training is important to learning our systems, understanding our culture, and building strong connections with your team. Once fully trained and consistently meeting performance expectations, employees may have the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week, based on department and business needs. You will:

Connect with members regarding delinquent loans and accounts and help identify solutions to bring them current. Listen to members, understand their financial circumstances, and provide thoughtful guidance on repayment options. Develop customized payment arrangements when appropriate and follow through to ensure commitments are met. Analyze borrowers' financial situations and determine appropriate next steps when traditional repayment arrangements aren't successful. Manage more advanced collection activities, including credit reporting disputes, negative deposit accounts, repossession preparation, and accounts requiring legal action. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of collection activity and member interactions. Identify potential fraud or account concerns and take appropriate action. Work closely with your teammates and leadership to meet department goals and provide an outstanding member experience. Stay current on Credit Union procedures, compliance requirements, and collection best practices. What Makes Someone Successful Here? Can analyze financial information and use it to recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and in writing. Stay organized and accurately document conversations, commitments, and account activity. Can handle sensitive and sometimes difficult conversations with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Enjoy solving problems and finding a path forward. Are comfortable working toward individual and department performance expectations. Have a high school diploma or GED. Your Schedule This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of: Monday-Friday | 8:40 a.m.-5:15 p.m.

Rotating Saturdays from 8:40 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Pay $20.00-$25.00 per hour Pay within the range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
