OP Rehab Collector - Remote In San Antonio

Description The Outpatient Collector is responsible for driving timely and accurate collection of outpatient accounts receivable for Post‑Acute Medical facilities. This role plays a critical part in protecting revenue by resolving unpaid and underpaid claims, managing denials, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements. This position supports outpatient service lines, including wound care (preferred), therapy, and other specialty outpatient services, and works closely with billing, authorization, and operational teams to reduce revenue leakage and improve cash flow. Responsible for A/R, and mail follow-up on amounts due from Payor's, and third-party's on a timely basis in accordance with CBO policies for facilities assigned. Responsibility for timely collections and third-party follow-up. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is a non-exempt position.  Provide support to all facilities when requests are received or assistance is needed. Be timely and responsive to all requests. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
