Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Professional Debt Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts through proactive communication, negotiation, and resolution strategies. Your expertise will help recover outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans Analyze account details using accounting software and financial software tools to determine appropriate collection strategies Maintain detailed records of all communications, payment arrangements, and account statuses in compliance with company policies Ensure adherence to legal regulations and ethical standards during collection activities while demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette and customer service Requirements Excellent negotiation skills combined with professional phone etiquette and customer service abilities Strong math skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis and reconciliation Basic computer knowledge Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in financial recovery!
