• 5/26/2026 Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Experience negotiating with customers Prior experience in collections, including taking legal action Basic understanding of Utah tax laws Skills in dealing with customers in an adverse environment Prior experience working with customers over the phone Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Be able to do your part in a team environment Research information to find answer to questions Data entry skills Qualifications Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications: Has exceptional customer service skills Is very detail oriented Has experience with GenTax/Collections Is able to work in office at least one day per week, or as needed About the Role Location•210 North 1950 West Salt Lake City, UT, 84134 United States Background Check Required•You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
