- We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bilingual Collections Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving customer inquiries and taking payments over the phone.
- Duties
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Contact customers to collect payment on overdue accounts
- Utilize financial concepts to explain responsibilities to customers
- Use dealer software to accurately notate customer interactions
- Accuracy in data entry and filing customer-related documents
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (in-person or on the phone)
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and overcoming objections
- Ability to use phone systems and dealer software efficiently
