About Us:
Miracle Body and Paint is a trusted leader in collision repair and paint services, known for quality work and exceptional customer care. We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Auditor Clerk to join our corporate team. This role plays a key part in reviewing and auditing insurance invoices to ensure accurate payment and processing.
Position Summary:
The Auditor Clerk will be responsible for reviewing insurance claims and invoices, confirming all services have been properly billed and paid, and identifying any discrepancies that need correction or follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit insurance invoices related to collision repair claims
  • Verify that all charges have been paid in full and correctly
  • Identify discrepancies, underpayments, or overcharges
  • Maintain accurate records of audits and findings
  • Use Excel and other systems to track and organize invoice data
  • Collaborate with internal departments and insurance carriers to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries of audit results
  • Support the finance team with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Accounting Degree prefered but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filters, formulas)
  • Prior experience in accounting billing, insurance claims, or administrative auditing preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
