Back Tax Senior or Manager Finance/Accounting Conway , New Hampshire Perm 70000 Oct 7, 2026 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a public accounting firm in North Conway, NH looking to add a Tax Senior, or Tax Manager to the team. This firm offers competitive pay and benefits packages. The responsibilities for the role include:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other business entities.
• Research complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax planning, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure tax filings are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted resource for tax-related questions and planning opportunities.
• Assist with tax projections, estimates, and year-round planning to identify opportunities and minimize tax liabilities.
• Communicate with clients, tax authorities, and internal team members to resolve issues and obtain necessary information.
• Stay current on changes in federal, state, and local tax laws and assess their impact on clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous tax experience in a small-to-mid-sized public accounting firm
• CPA or EA preferred for Manager-level role

Compensation:
