Job Description

We're looking for a Tax Manager, CPA to lead a talented tax team while providing strategic tax guidance to a diverse client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong tax professional who is also a natural coach, collaborator, and relationship builder. What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a talented tax team
  • Provide strategic tax advice across a diverse client portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
  • Encourage learning, curiosity, and open communication
  • Support your team through busy season while maintaining a healthy, balanced environment
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Active CPA license — Required
  • Solid experience leading tax engagements and teams
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and sound judgment
  • Technically sharp with strong emotional intelligence
  • Coaching mindset with a genuine interest in helping others grow
  • Humble, hungry, and smart approach to leadership and teamwork
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with real estate, construction, or professional services clients
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
