Tax Manager at Ledgent Finance & Accounting Tax Manager at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Pasadena, California Posted in 6 days ago. $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Publicly traded company in the San Gabriel area is looking for a Tax Manager. In this position, the Tax Manager will be responsible for corporate filings, tax provisions, tax audits, documentation, financial analysis, and tax calculations. The Tax Manager will also manage tax compliance, indirect taxes, partake in global cost allocation projects, prepare tax filing adjustments, analyze intercompany transactions, transfer pricing audits, help enhance global transfer pricing policies, and work closely with senior management and other personnel to help drive efficiency within the global tax function. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. At least five (5) years of experience. Big 4 public accounting experience is required. Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is also needed. CPA and/or Master's in Taxation is a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills. $135,000 - $150,000 + bonus.
