Salary:

We're seeking an experienced tax leader to drive the strategic direction of our tax practice, overseeing complex engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, multi-entity groups, and cross-border businesses. Generous paid time off Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid holidays, including a firmwide winter break (late December through New Year's Day) Paid parental leave (available after one year of service) Mentorship and career development programs Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and execution across complex tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals Advise on advanced tax strategies including M&A structuring, succession planning, and entity optimization Partner with internal specialists and outside advisors to deliver integrated client solutions Monitor tax legislation and translate regulatory changes into practical guidance and firmwide training Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while identifying tax-saving opportunities Improve internal processes, controls, and workflow tools to support scalability Manage, coach, and develop senior managers and managers Build long-term client relationships and support business development, including proposals and pricing strategy Represent the firm at industry events to build visibility and thought leadership Promote a culture of learning, including supporting staff toward
CPA/EA/MST
credentials Oversee team resource planning and utilization Meet annual billable-hour and productivity targets Qualifications 10+ years of tax experience CPA or EA license Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Deep expertise in federal, state, and local tax law Proven experience leading complex tax planning for HNW individuals, multi-entity structures, and cross-border operations Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to advise at the executive/ownership level Skilled with tax compliance and research technology Track record of managing and developing teams Strong executive communication and client-facing skills Experience with business development, proposals, and pricing Ability to manage multiple large engagements simultaneously Interested in hearing more?
