Key Responsibilities:

Research, review, and organize complex tax documents and filings Manage tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting to a diverse client base Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development Participate in business development and client relationship management Leverage firm technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field CPA required 5+ years of public accounting experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to and utilize modern accounting technology

Compensation & Benefits:
