Job Description

A reputable Public Accounting firm in the area is looking to add a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to their team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff.
Tax Manager/Senior Manager Responsibilities:
Review and manage tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws. Perform tax returns for individuals, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Perform technical tax review of tax returns of staff accountants. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients. Research and interpret complex tax regulations. Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Assist in resolving tax-related issues Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Tax Manager/Senior Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Minimum of 7-10+ years of professional experience in tax preparation and review. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team of tax professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
