What you'll need to be ourTax Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, preferably with a Master's degree in Taxation Extensive public accounting experience in income tax preparation and review for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, and C Corporations Proven leadership and project management abilities, with strong organizational skills to manage and delegate multiple simultaneous tasks Comprehensive understanding of tax law Strong analytical and tax research skills Skilled in establishing and maintaining positive and professional client relationships Exposure to relevant tax software systems, including CCH, Lacerte, QuickBooks, and/or Canopy Flexibility to take on larger workloads during Tax season CPA, preferred Previous experience in income tax preparation and review for trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations, preferred Goal-oriented and innovative leader with a proactive approach to achieving business results Why you'll love working with us: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO and paid holidays Paid parental leave (birthing and adoption) Casual Dress Team building- parties, contests, wellness, service projects Cell phones
