Overview Job description: Well established CPA firm in Danbury, CT is seeking an accomplished CPA Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax professional who is looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that values long-term relationships, professional excellence, and future leadership. For the right individual, this position offers a clear opportunity for advancement and a potential path to Partner . Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns, including: o Individual (Form 1040) o Partnership (Form 1065) o Corporate (Forms 1120/1120S) Qualifications
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive public accounting experience with significant tax compliance and review responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120/1120S.
  • Advanced proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx Tax is required.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. What We Offer
