Job Description:
Tax Manager - Jupiter A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Managerto join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax professional looking for long-term career advancement in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment with a clear path to partnership. Responsibilities Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts. Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax guidance. Mentor, train, and develop junior tax professionals while overseeing day-to-day engagement execution. Research complex tax matters and stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations. Manage client relationships, budgets, billing, and engagement deliverables. Contribute to firm initiatives and assume increasing leadership responsibilities over time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation is a plus. CPA required. 5+ years of public accounting experience. Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local taxation. Experience mentoring and developing junior staff. Experience with CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax accountant to join a high-performing team with a family-oriented culture. There is a clear partnership track in this position.
