  • Full-time We are partnering with a highly regarded, flexible CPA firm seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead its Compliance and Client Advisory function.
This is a key leadership role, suited to a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional looking to operate at a senior level, with clear visibility toward partner-track progression. The Opportunity You will take ownership of a diverse and sophisticated client portfolio, advising across complex federal and state tax matters. This role combines technical leadership with strategic advisory—translating complex tax concepts into actionable insight for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. You will also play a key role in developing the next generation of talent, while contributing to the continued growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex tax compliance across individual, partnership, and corporate filings (1040, 1065, 1120-S, Trusts & Estates) Provide strategic tax advisory to high-net-worth and business clients Review work to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations Mentor and develop staff, fostering a high-performance, technically strong team Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term firm growth About You 8+ years of progressive experience within a CPA firm environment Active CPA license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Bachelor's in Accounting/Economics plus Master's (MBA or Tax/Finance preferred) Strong technical expertise across U.S. federal and state tax Proven track record of stability and progression in prior roles Commercially aware, with the ability to advise clients beyond compliance What's on Offer $130,000
