Job Description
Job descriptionMust have a minimum of 5 years experience.
Strong knowledge of QBO and tax software in general is a must, working knowledge of Ultra Tax & Thomson Reuters is helpful.
Candidate must be driven, highly organized, and a team player.
Willing to give commission for current clients that are brought to the firm.
Office hours are 9-5 pm, M-F; overtime during tax season is required.

Responsibilities:
Prepare individual and business tax returnsMaintain company's internal books and review with ownerManage the work flow of tax returns, payroll, and monthly bookkeeping throughout the firmManage EmployeesCreate and maintain procedures for all Admin functionsDeal with client issuesMaintain and manage the other IT software used in the day to day workflowReview new and upcomming technology as the tax world evolvesPay is competitive and based on experience. Two additional bonuses are given every year based on individual and business performance.Willing to give commission for current clients that are brought to the firm.
