Salary:
$125,000 - $160,000 + BonusFounded in 1990, we are a well-established public accounting firm with approximately 40 employees based in Orlando, Florida. We serve privately held companies, family owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, charter schools, and high-net-worth individuals across Florida and the United States. Our services include audit, tax, consulting, valuation, and advisory work across industries such as real estate, construction, medical services, hospitality, manufacturing, nonprofit, and retail.

We are seeking a Sr. Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements, manage client relationships, and guide staff development while supporting firm growth and maintaining our strong reputation in the Central Florida market.

What You Will Be DoingManage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990)Lead tax planning, research, and advisory projects for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individualsOversee engagement workflow, deadlines, and quality control for assigned tax engagementsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service deliveryMentor, train, and review the work of staff and senior accountantsIdentify advisory opportunities and support firm growth initiativesWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required6+ years of progressive public accounting tax experienceStrong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulationsExperience managing multiple engagements and supervising staff
Preferred:
background in real estate, construction, nonprofit, or closely held business tax
Preferred:
