Tax Manager/Director | Juno Beach, FL I'm partnering with a well-established public accounting firm in Juno Beach that is looking to add a Tax Manager or Director to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative firm with a strong reputation, a diverse client base, and a clear path toward partnership.
Responsibilities:
Manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Review complex federal and state tax returns, identify tax planning opportunities, and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the year. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships while delivering high-quality service and proactive advice. Mentor, develop, and review the work of staff and seniors, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth. Work closely with firm leadership on client strategy, practice development initiatives, and business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
CPA required 5-10 years of public accounting experience with experience across individual and corporate tax. Strong technical knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred. $140K - $160K dependent on experience.
