Key Responsibilities Prepare and review income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Manage U.S. federal corporate income tax filings and support international compliance. Analyze large data sets using Excel (pivot tables) and support financial reporting. Research new jurisdictions and support tax planning for expansion. Bring Education:

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Taxation.

Credentials:

CPA required.

Experience:

4+ years in tax, ideally with Big 4 or large CPA firm and/or multinational public company.

Technical Skills:

Strong ASC 740 knowledge, tax provision and compliance, Excel proficiency.

Soft Skills:
