Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, from emerging businesses to mid-sized companies up to $50M.
• Apply your knowledge of GAAP principles and Federal, State, and U.S. International Tax laws.
• Conduct thorough tax research and provide detailed reviews of tax returns.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to share knowledge and expertise.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios.
• Oversee and mentor teams of tax professionals and assistants.
• Provide clients with high-quality tax service and strategic advice.

Qualifications:

• Public accounting experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• CPA License.
• Extensive experience in corporate taxation, intercompany transactions, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
