About the Role This is a rare opportunity for a senior tax professional to step into the wealth management world - leaving behind billable hour pressures and stepping into a high-impact, advisory-focused role. As Senior Manager, Tax Advisory Services, you will serve as the firm's technical tax lead, working directly with Investment Advisors and clients to deliver comprehensive tax planning and compliance services. You will also play a key role in building and mentoring a team and elevating tax knowledge across the entire advisory practice. What You'll Do Deliver and direct comprehensive tax planning, preparation, and filing for individuals, businesses, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts Partner with Investment Advisors to review client tax situations and identify planning opportunities Join client meetings (virtual and in-person) to advise on complex or advantageous tax strategies Build and lead a dedicated tax team, including development of Associate Advisors Collaborate on wealth management business development initiatives Deliver internal content on tax legislation, planning scenarios, and FAQs to upskill the broader advisory team What You Bring Active CPA license (required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required); Master's degree preferred (MST, MBT, or MSA) 5-8 years of tax experience Deep knowledge of the tax code and technical accounting principles Strong client communication skills -- ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Details Salary:
$130,000 - $150,000 annually
