Join a well-established public accounting firm as a Tax Manager with growth potential. This role offers the opportunity to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and drive strategic tax planning initiatives for a diverse client base, including closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage complex tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and individuals
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Support business development and firm growth strategies
- Assist in succession planning and leadership transitions
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum 6 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of tax codes and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and client management skills
