We're partnering with a well-established public accounting firm seeking a Tax Supervisor to join a collaborative team serving business owners, closely held companies, nonprofit organizations, and high-net-worth individuals. What You'll Do Review federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses and individuals. Supervise tax engagements from planning through delivery. Mentor and develop Tax Associates and Senior Associates. Research complex tax matters and identify tax-saving opportunities. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive guidance. Collaborate with firm leadership on tax planning, workflow management, and engagement execution. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across all tax engagements. Assist with staff development, training initiatives, and best-practice implementation. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, client service, and team performance. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification). 4+ years of public accounting tax experience. Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns. Strong technical tax knowledge and tax research skills. Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop team members. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
