Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Office Manager and Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and small sch c businesses
  • Analyze financial data to identify potential deductions and credits
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to assist with tax preparation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Proficient in math and able to perform complex calculations accurately
  • Familiarity with accounting software and the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively
  • will train the right candidate
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify relevant information for tax preparation purposes
  • Understanding of financial concepts related to taxes, deductions, credits, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
