Senior Tax Accountant /

Tax Manager Overview:

Seeking an experienced tax professional to support a diverse portfolio including real estate, private equity, trusts, and individual investments. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex tax matters and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, trust, and gift tax returns Manage tax compliance for partnerships, corporations, and individuals Project taxable income and quarterly estimates Oversee private equity tax reporting Coordinate with external advisors on filings and planning Supervise and mentor junior staff Handle tax notices and support special projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Tax preferred) 7+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred) Experience with partnerships, trusts, and real estate tax Supervisory experience required; CPA preferred Strong Excel and tax software skills (CCH Axcess a plus)
