You'll step into a visible position with meaningful exposure to nuanced tax issues, strategic planning, and the day-to-day needs of a dynamic family office. What You'll Do Partner closely with senior leadership on a wide range of tax matters. Support high-net-worth individual tax compliance, analysis, and planning. Assist with estate and trust tax matters. Contribute to partnership tax work. Serve as a flexible tax generalist handling lower-level compliance work while also supporting broader tax initiatives. Prepare tax calculations and projections . Assist with tax analysis and planning projects. Draft clear, professional tax memos, correspondence, and emails . Track action items and manage follow-ups to ensure timely execution. Potentially assist with private equity tax compliance matters. What We're Looking For Experience in high-net-worth individual tax required. Strong exposure to estate and trust tax . Some understanding of partnership tax . Ability to move comfortably between detailed compliance work and higher-level planning support. Strong writing skills, including drafting memos and professional communications. Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with strong follow-through. A collaborative mindset and willingness to step in where needed.
