Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the firm's owner and play a key role in the firm's leadership and future. You'll manage tax engagements, build client relationships, and help us continue to grow — all with a clear path to partnership. Also, a hybrid potential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee, preparation, and review of individual, fiduciary, and business tax returns Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning for clients Conduct tax research and prepare recommendations Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-touch service Support and enhance client relationships through proactive communication Mentor staff and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

Public accounting experience or other extensive tax planning & preparation experience Proven leadership skills and a strong desire to grow into a partner role Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Axcess and QuickBooks experience a plus Certified Public Accountant CPA designation preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related field
