Permanent Schedule:
Full-time Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay:
$95,000 annual salary, negotiable for the right candidate!
What You Will Do:
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Manage multistate tax compliance engagements Research complex tax issues and provide practical client-focused solutions Partner with clients on tax planning opportunities throughout the year Respond to tax notices and assist with audit support Mentor developing tax professionals and contribute to team success Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and service
What You Will Bring:
Active Montana CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required 3+ years of complex tax experience required Strong federal and multistate taxation knowledge Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
