Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee tax planning and compliance engagements for a diverse client base Conduct thorough reviews of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns Research complex tax issues and provide insightful recommendations to clients Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering growth and skill enhancement

Qualifications:

CPA License (required) 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax services Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and research Strong communication and organizational skills A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
