Type:

full-time We are currently working with a global organization that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. Candidates for this role must have large company experience, either in corporate or public accounting, specifically with consolidated federal tax returns. This company outsources their actual tax return prep, but the role requires the ability to review tax returns in detail, as well as tax analysis, technical research, advising, and more. Responsibilities:

Stay abreast on applicable tax law to ensure compliance within the organization. Conduct technical tax research and provide tax guideline updates to key members of the organization. Review prepared federal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support externa and internal tax audits. Provide advice to senior leadership on various tax topics and questions. Conduct various tax analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or other. 5+ years of relevant large company tax experience. Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills.
