If you're ready to grow, be challenged, and actually enjoy the team you're on, REDW is the place to do it! ✨ Tax Supervisor What You'll Do Develop specialized knowledge in at least one area of individual or business taxation Review and prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065) Use research tools to support tax planning and return preparation Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend solutions Maintain work papers and client records; assist with client communication as needed Supervise and mentor tax accountants to support skill development What You Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance A minimum of three years work experience in public accounting Experience with the supervision and mentoring of other accountants
Preferred:
Specialized knowledge in at least one area of estate, gift or trust taxation What Sets You Apart Knowledge of payroll, property, and excise tax issues impacting clients Familiar with bookkeeping systems (Peachtree, QuickBooks) Proficient in ProSystem fx and AuditVision/linking techniques Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to provide confidential administrative support with tact and diplomacy Why You'll Love Working at REDW Compensation Salary range: $83,000 - $95,000 Final offer based on location, experience, skills, licensure, and business need Commitment to fair and equitable pay practices Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability 401(k) with match HSA and FSA options Work-Life & Wellness Flexible
