Required Qualifications:
10+ years of fiduciary tax experience within a bank trust department, independent trust company, or similar environment JD, LLM, CPA, or Master of Taxation (MT) 3+ years of leadership or management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Bachelor's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex tax issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Demonstrated ability to manage high volume work and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience overseeing tax preparation processes, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure accuracy and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax concepts to diverse audiences Ability to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency-focused solutions Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demandsPreferred Qualifications:
