We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients including highnetworth individuals, trusts and estates, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. The Tax Manager will oversee preparation and review of federal, state and international tax returns, manage tax provision and controversy matters, provide strategic tax planning and entity structuring advice, and mentor a team of tax professionals. The role requires strong technical tax knowledge, excellent client service skills, and experience with tax technology and quality control processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and review preparation of individual, trust & estate, fiduciary, partnership (1065), SCorp (1120S), CCorp (1120), gift (709), estate (706), and fiduciary (1041) tax returns and related filings.

Lead complex tax compliance and reporting projects including passthrough entity tax matters, multistate (SALT) filings, payroll & withholding, indirect taxes (sales & use, VAT/GST) and international compliance (FATCA/CRS/FBAR).

Provide tax planning and structuring advice for highnetworth individuals (HNW/HNWI), family offices, real estate investments, professional services firms, construction, and corporate transactions.

Support M&A tax due diligence, deal structuring, postclose integration, and escalation of tax risks; coordinate with transaction teams and external advisors.

Oversee ASC 740 tax provision calculations and disclosures, and manage tax accounting under

GAAP/IFRS

guidance.

Conduct tax research and interpret federal, state, and international tax laws (including

BEPS/OECD

treaty analysis) to deliver pragmatic client recommendations and ensure compliance.

Develop and maintain quality control, risk management and documentation procedures; review workpapers and supervise tax return reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Manage client relationships, present technical positions to clients and regulators, and provide audit and controversy support during examinations.

Coach, train and mentor staff; delegate work, assign responsibilities, and drive performance and professional development.

Leverage tax technology and analytics to improve efficiency: implement and use tax software (ONESOURCE, CCH, Thomson Reuters UltraTax, ProSystem fx, Vertex, CorpTax), ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle), and data tools (Advanced Excel & VBA, Alteryx/Power Query, SQL). Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced degree (JD or LLM in Tax, or Masters) preferred.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) required; JD or LLM with tax focus is a strong plus.

Minimum 68 years of progressive public accounting or tax consulting experience with demonstrated exposure to highnetworth individual tax, trust & estate, partnership, and corporate tax engagements.

Deep technical knowledge of federal, state and local tax law, international tax, transfer pricing concepts, and tax provision (ASC 740) accounting.

Proven experience with tax return preparation and review for 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 709, 1041 and estate/706 returns.

Experience with M&A tax due diligence, entity structuring, tax controversy/audit support, and tax planning for passthroughs and corporations.

Handson experience with tax technology (ONESOURCE, CCH, Vertex, ProSystem fx, Thomson Reuters UltraTax, CorpTax) and strong Excel skills including VBA; familiarity with Alteryx/Power Query, SQL and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) preferred.

Solid understanding of payroll & withholding tax, indirect tax (sales & use, VAT/GST), FATCA/CRS/FBAR compliance, and international tax rules.

Excellent communication, client service, and project management skills; ability to present technical matters to senior stakeholders and clients.

Demonstrated leadership and peoplemanagement experience in supervising tax teams, reviewing workpapers, and enforcing quality control and risk management procedures. Benefits Diversity of our Expertise
