Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an energetic and strategic Tax Manager to our team. In this role, you will move beyond basic compliance to act as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. If you want to work directly with a highly collaborative leadership team, mentor rising professionals, and provide impactful, forward-looking advisory services, we want you on our team.

ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, advising them on the tax implications of their business objectives and alternative actions to lessen tax burdens.

Apply deep technical knowledge to identify potential tax issues, recognize risks, and communicate shifting tax policies proactively to clients.

Oversee and perform high-level reviews of complex federal tax compliance, federal tax accounting, provisions, and advanced tax research.

Manage engagement workflows, project billing, and team resources concurrently to ensure all client milestones and firm standards are met.

Lead, motivate, and provide clear career guidance to associates and senior associates, offering constructive verbal and written performance feedback.

Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of clients with the IRS and state/local tax authorities.

Participate actively in marketplace networking and business development to help expand and solidify our growing regional client base.

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.

Active CPA certification is required.5-8 years of prior public accounting experience in taxation.

Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.

Solid understanding of federal tax compliance, tax provisions, and advanced tax research methods.

Analytical mindset, excellent presentation skills, and an entrepreneurial drive to challenge clients to reach their potential.

Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with regional clients and teams.
