Salary:

This role is ideal for a technically strong tax professional who enjoys mentoring others, managing client relationships, and advising clients on complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities Review and manage complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals Lead tax engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness Research and resolve complex federal and state tax issues Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advisory support to clients Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships and ongoing tax matters Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior staff Review workpapers, provide coaching, and support team development Collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership and specialists on advanced tax issues Participate in business development, networking, and market visibility efforts Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required CPA, EA, or JD required 4-7+ years of public accounting tax experience Experience with corporate, partnership, and pass-through taxation preferred Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff Strong communication and client management skills Desire to grow into broader leadership responsibilities Interested in hearing more?
