The Impact You Will Make Strategic Advisory:
Lead tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses and high-net-worth families , moving beyond the April 15th deadline to identify year-round opportunities.
Industry Leadership:
Manage complex tax engagements for clients in Real Estate, Healthcare (Physicians/Dentists), Law, and Engineering .
Transactional Consulting:
Provide expert guidance on practice start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, withdrawals, and profit allocations.
Compliance Oversight:
Supervise the preparation and review of intricate federal and state tax returns, ensuring technical excellence and tax efficiency.
Estate & Trust Integration:
Work closely with our Estate & Trust team to provide holistic wealth preservation and protection strategies.
Practice Development:
Serve as a mentor to staff and assist in identifying deficiencies within client practices to create practical, customized solutions. What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
6-10 years of public accounting experience with a heavy focus on tax consulting and compliance.
Licensure:
Active CPA license is required.
Specialized Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the business cycles within Real Estate and the unique hurdles faced by Healthcare and Professional Service firms.
Relationship Management:
A track record of building long-term trust with entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals.
Technical Mastery:
Proficiency in advanced tax research and the ability to navigate complex transactional tax issues.
