Tax Manager Salary:
$130,000 - $145,000 baseLocation:
100% Remote. Employees work standard business hours in their local time zone. Occasional collaboration with West Coast stakeholders may be required. Travel approximately 20% or less.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

- Play a strategic role in supporting growth initiatives, business planning, and organizational expansion as a Tax Manager.
Tax Manager:
- Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, filings, and reporting activities.
- Prepare and review corporate tax provisions, reconciliations, journal entries, and related disclosures.
- Manage sales and use tax, excise tax, franchise tax, property tax, payroll tax, and other tax obligations.
- Partner with leadership on tax planning, business initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate tax audits, regulatory examinations, and external advisor relationships.
- Develop and enhance tax processes, controls, reporting systems, and compliance procedures.
Tax Manager:
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
- Strong experience preparing and completing corporate tax provisions and compliance activities.
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA preferred.
