Corporate Tax Manager

Tax Manager - Corporate Tax (Hybrid) Atlanta, GA 30309 (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote) ARC Group is partnering with a Top 15 CPA firm to identify a highly skilled Tax Manager to join their growing Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with strong corporate tax expertise and public accounting experience to step into a leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review complex corporate tax returns and related compliance engagements Lead and oversee ASC 740 (income tax provision) calculations and reporting Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to corporate clients Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates Review work for accuracy, technical compliance, and completeness Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients on potential impacts Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client engagements and firm initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license in the state of Georgia (or JD with active law license) 5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting Strong background in corporate taxation and ASC 740 Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Proficiency in tax software and
