We are a Top 50 Public Accounting Firm with a great culture which has translated to highly tenured employees. With offices in MD, OH, PA, NJ, NY and FL, we are continuing to grow strategically with the right people.
Job DescriptionCandidate must be a CPA and have a minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience specializing in tax compliance and tax consultation as a Generalist. This office has a wide range of client sectors including high net worth individuals, Real Estate, Professional Services, Entertainment, Distribution, Manufacturing.
Significant leadership opportunities exist within this growing firm for a well-qualified candidate. Candidate must be confident in his/her knowledge of tax issues and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills include tax research, excellent communication, staff supervision and development, and relationship management. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, including generous PTO.Expectation in this office is 3 days a week to start with WFH Fridays, and more flexibility after initial training and getting up to speed.
