Head of Tax Key Responsibilities:

Own the preparation and review of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions Lead tax controls and compliance activities related to SOX and public company reporting Oversee federal and multi-state income tax filings and related compliance Manage tax examinations and serve as a key contact for taxing authorities Work closely with international finance teams on transfer pricing and intercompany activity Provide tax support for acquisitions, global planning initiatives, equity programs, and special projects As Head of Tax, coach and develop members of the tax team while setting priorities and driving accountability Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, HR, Legal, and Operations Evaluate current processes and implement improvements around reporting, controls, and efficiency

Head of Tax Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience within corporate tax Deep hands-on knowledge of ASC 740 and income tax accounting Experience supporting SOX controls and SEC reporting within a publicly traded environment Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax matters Proven experience leading quarterly and annual tax provision processes Exposure to international tax matters is highly preferred Background within manufacturing, technology, or another complex multinational environment preferred This Head of Tax opportunity is best suited for someone ready to take on broader leadership and visibility within a growing organization #LI-JS33 EB-1558252776
