Job Description

International Tax Manager Compensation:
up to $140,000 + 15% bonus

Responsibilities:
Review quarterly and year-end provisions; prepare and/or review GILTI, BEAT and FDII calculations according to new tax legislations; prepare and assist with the international aspects of the U.S. generally accepted accounting principles worldwide income tax provision. Prepare/Review the international component of the U.S. tax return preparations (Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8975, 8991, 8992, 8993, 5713 and FinCEN), ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations. Work collaboratively and proactively with other tax teams. Communicate with business unit controllers on estimated cash tax payments. Optimize tax processes, including development and implementation of procedural changes and/or enhancement of existing processes to improve the tax function, including through automation. Assist in specific process improvement initiatives, including the creation of tools and enablers, briefing and reference materials and coordinating the roll out of such projects.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of professional experience in a publicly traded corporate income tax department or in public accounting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and CorpTax software. Experience conducting tax research using RIA, BNA and other published sources. #LI-TM2 #LI-Hybrid #
