Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, and real estate investments. This position requires a proactive approach to managing client relationships and providing strategic tax guidance, with a focus on private equity and trust matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and various entities (partnerships, S-Corps, etc.)Provide expert advice on tax strategies related to real estate and private equity investmentsConduct thorough reviews of tax returns and ensure accuracy and complianceDevelop and maintain client relationships, offering tailored tax solutions and guidanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilitiesStay updated on tax law changes and industry trends, ensuring the firms practices remain compliant and advantageousMentor and train junior staff members, fostering their professional development in tax mattersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA certification is requiredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in tax management, preferably with a focus on high net worth individuals and partnershipsStrong knowledge of tax regulations regarding S-Corps, real estate, and private equityExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approachBenefitsWe offer a highly competitive national package:
